This information is collected as close as possible to the initiation treatment services at an agency providing problem gambling services. - determine the severity and identify complexity, patterns and forms of the gambling issue and service planning and delivery required specifically for the client and non-specifically for the treatment population.
- construct a profile, describing the complexity, patterns and forms of gambling issues from the client and the population seeking problem gambling treatment services in order to assist in developing client and treatment population profiles to determine treatment service access and availability and identifying additional or enhanced needs or considerations for this specific client
and non-specifically for the treatment population.
