What is this table asking for?

Contacts - how many transactions occurred in Sept 2019 with each gender?

Unique clients - how many unique clients of each gender had a transaction in Sept 2019?

New clients - how many unique clients of each gender had a transaction in Sept 2019 who were also new to the program as of that same month?

This report will show you both anonymous clients and clients registered with a code.

  1. Select 103-Gender

2. Select your date range.

3. Select your Sites

4. Check off the Combine Site Results box.

How many unique clients of each gender were served?

This report will only show you clients who are registered with a client reference code. Anonymous clients are not counted as unique clients.

  1. Perform the exact same steps as above to run 103-Gender.
  2. Before generating the report, check off "Unique clients".

title103 vs. 003

So what's the difference between 103-Gender and 003-Gender?

103-Gender is getting its data from NEO's transactions records, whereas 003-Gender is getting its data from NEO's client records. The date range for 103-Gender is referring to when the transaction took place, whereas the date range for 003-Gender is referring to when the client was registered.
