How do I contact DATIS?
DATIS uses a Service Desk (i.e. helpdesk system) to keep track of user issues. Click on this link or the service desk image to the far right. You will be directed to the CAMH-DATIS Service Desk Portal. If you do not already have an account, you will be prompted to make one.

Who is DATIS?
Formerly known as the Drug & Alcohol Treatment Information System, DATIS is a team situated within the Centre for Addiction & Mental Health (CAMH). DATIS has supported Ontario mental health & addictions sector for decades by providing digital services for Catalyst, the Ontario Perception of Care Tool (OPOC), Staged Screening & Assessment (GAIN Q3), the Ontario Psychotherapy Program and the Ontario Harm Reduction Database. Our service desk and onboarding team are here to ensure a seamless process from start to finish.
