As shared in the New SIGN UP TODAY! Tableau Reporting Portal Coming Soon communication on November 22, 2024 Training for ONHRDB communication - the ONHRDB team at CAMH is thrilled to announce the rollout of Tableau for the ONHRDB. Tableau, a user-friendly and engaging and engaging tool, will be introduced to harm reduction service providers during providers during the second week of January, accompanied by training webinars (details below).Stay tuned for a follow-up communication containing Tableau user account activation details and user guides, which will be sent approximately one week prior to the training webinars. webinars. If you have not already done so, please register today for either option.
Tableau user accounts will automatically be created for all users who have accessed reports in the SAP portal in the last 18 months. To receive a Tableau Reporting Portal account activation email prior to either webinar, please ensure you are registered by 4pm two business days prior to the webinar date.

*If you have logged into the SAP portal in the last 18 months and do not receive a Tableau user account activation email the day before your registered webinar please reach out to the ONHRDB Service Desk.
If you are unable to attend either of the two webinars listed above, or registered after the deadline for account activation emails, you can expect to receive your activation email following the webinars.
