Tableau user account activation emails will be distributed as follows:

  • Active Tableau accounts: Those who previously activated their Tableau accounts through the ONHRDB and/or OPOC rollouts for their organization will not need to go through this process. Your account is already activated, and you will receive access to the Catalyst folder as dashboards are released. Please still attend one of the webinars.
  • Webinar Registrants: Users who register by at least two business days prior to their webinar, will be sent their account activation emails for the morning of each webinar. 
  • Remaining Accounts*: Remaining accounts (users who do not register for a webinar, or register after Wednesday, March 26, 2025) will be issued in batches following this initial distribution.

*Tableau accounts will not be automatically created for offboarded organizations. 

*Catalyst System Administrators must submit a Tableau account request through the Catalyst Service Desk for any new Tableau accounts.


Staged release of Catalyst Dashboards in Tableau:

Select Catalyst (SAP) reports have been replicated in Tableau as dashboards to make the transition as easy as possible. We have chosen to reproduce the reports with the highest associated usage metrics. Due to the complexity and sheer volume of Catalyst Reports, the DATIS team is taking a staged approach for the roll out of each of the dashboards within each of the releases below. Release of published Dashboards may differ from the order in which they appear below. All updates will be posted on this page, please check back regularly.

Please note, not all of the current Catalyst (SAP) reports will be automatically created in Tableau. We have created a form to request dashboards (coming soon!) that are not scheduled in the first three subsets of the dashboard rollouts. Based on the reporting needs identified by the sector, dashboard requests submitted will be triaged. 

The SS&A reports will not be migrated to Tableau and will only be available in SAP (current Catalyst reporting portal) until March 31, 2025.
