Question

If the visits face-to-face and visits non-face-to-face only count 1 time per program per day, why should I enter all activity for the client?

Answer

For each interval of service given to clients greater than 5 minutes, a service provider interaction is counted by time intervals for each service provider regardless of how many times a client is seen in a day.

Example: SP#1 saw sees 3 clients in the morning in for 3 different separate appointments (one -on-one times 1 SP X 3 individual sessions in the morning)

In the afternoon, the SP#1 saw sees the same 3 clients for another round of 3 separate sessionsappointments.  However, this time a SP#2 was in attendance for each of the 3 afternoon sessions/appointments/visits.
