Our agency does not use the activity log, will we be able to get the same information out as agencies that use the activity log.

Answer

If the activity log is not used there is a limit on the number of statistical accounts that will have information. For example, for all the statistical accounts that display information on client direct services such as- s.450, 451, 452, 483, 491 will not be available if the AL is not used. For service provider interval statistical accounts only two will be available and information will only become available upon termination from the FC, plus, and the information will not provide service time intervals. (only s.265**00, s.266**00, s.265 25 00, s.265 45 00 and s.4920010 is onlyavailable only available to AL users.
