We are very happy to share that the new Catalyst Knowledge Base is fully operational and accessible - you can access it without having to log in.The Knowledge Base is a vast improvement from our old one and it is extremely easy to search. 

We have completed the pilot test of the Service Desk and are making some final modifications before full roll-out. 

When will the DATIS Helpdesk close (and the new Service Desk open)?
