To view, run, and export Catalyst, OPOC, and ONHRDB reports, users can utilize the Tableau reporting portal. In order to gain access to the Tableau and the reports, users need to contact the Service Desk and to submit a request for a reports account.


How to log in to Tableau

  1. Click
the link to access Tableau: 
  1. on the following URL: https://tableau.datis-camh.ca/
  2. The URL will automatically redirect to CAMHX, for added security.
  3. Enter your username and password then click
“Sign in”
  1. Sign in.

The home screen will display "Recents", "

Recommendation

Favourites" and "Recommendations" sections and a Side Bar Menu.

Please note that these sections will become visible once a report has been run or marked as a favorite.

The Side Bar Menu can be used to access the "Home", "Favorites", "Recents", "Shared with Me", "Recommendations" and "Explore" pages. Theses sections are explained below.

The Home page will display serves as the main landing page.

The Favorites page will display displays all reports that have been favorited by the user. Reports , which can be favorited done by clicking the star icon on a any report.

The Recents page will display shows reports that have the user has recently been viewed by the user.



Reports The Shared with Me section lists reports shared with a user will be displayed in this sectionthe user.



The Recommendations page will display highlights trending reports for relevant to your agency.



The Explore page will display all your agency reports.

How to run a report

To run a report, click on the Explore sectionImage Removed, then the applicable folder, once this has been selected users will see a list of their agency reports. 

  • Users can also access reports from the following pages once a report has been ran or favorited: Favorites, Recents and Recommendations.

Click on the title of the report you wish to run, once you have selected the report, the prompt window will appear at the top of the report. 

  • For date prompts, a date can be entered manually, or using the calendar once the start or end date has been selected.

Users can wish to change and use the reset view button Image Removed or undo my last action button Image Removed to reset the filters.

How to Filter a report

To filter a report, click on the Filter icon Image Removed under the Analyze section.

Once the filter icon is selected, the filter tool bar will appear. Click on the "Filter" button to expand the filters values.

Users will be able to select the applicable values than click "OK" to save.

  • The report will refresh once the selected values have been saved.

Filters may vary depending on the selected report.

Please note, Additional Filters may appear for some reports, users can expand the "Additional filters current tab" by click the option.

To reset all values, click on the reset iconImage Removed this will remove all selected filters for each category:
