to contact DATIS:do I contact PDS Support?
DATIS uses a Service Desk (i.e. helpdesk system) to keep track of user issues. Click on this link or It's easy! Simply click on this link or the service desk image to the far right (links will take you to a new site). You will be directed to the CAMH-DATIS Service Desk Portal. You will then select "PDS Onboarding" in the bottom right corner (see screen shot). You will then If you do not already have an account, you will be prompted to make an account... one.
You can submit and update existing issues through the Service Desk portal. You can also respond to existing issues over email.

Formerly known as the Drug & Alcohol Treatment Information System, DATIS is a team situated within the Centre for Addiction & Mental Health (CAMH). DATIS has supported Ontario mental health & addictions sector for decades by providing digital services for Catalyst, the Ontario Perception of Care Tool (OPOC), Staged Screening & Assessment (GAIN Q3), the Ontario Psychotherapy Program and the Ontario Harm Reduction Database. Our service desk and onboarding team are here to ensure a seamless process from start to finish.
