Tabs

Your report may have multiple tabs which reflect different breakdowns of the ONHRDB data.

Filter the report

Note: filters must be applied to each tab of the report separately. If you apply a filter to one tab, it will not automatically apply to the other tabs.

Date filter

The date filter is based on fiscal quarter:

• Q1 = April 1 - June 30
• Q2 = July 1 - September 30
• Q3 = October 1 - December 31
• Q4 = January 1 - March 31

Make sure you can see the Input Controls on the left-hand side of your window.

You must click the the OK button in order for the date filter to be applied.

Site filters

PHU = all data from that PHU's region, e.g. Brant County

• Contains all "sites" or agencies within one region

Site = the agency, e.g. The AIDS Network

• Contains all "sub-sites" or access points operated by one agency

Agency = a provincially funded agency operating a harm reduction program

Transaction Site = the actual Site that logged the data in NEO, e.g. a specific program location, satellite site, etc.Sub-site = the individual access point, e.g. The AIDS Network van program

• The most granular level of data

Download the report

Click the Export button near the top of the screen.

Select the file format you prefer (e.g. Excel) and click OK.
