Question

If the visits face-to-face and visits non-face-to-face only count 1 time per program per day, why should I enter all activity for the client?

Answer

For each interval of service given to clients greater than 5 minutes, a service provider interaction is counted by time intervals for each service provider regardless of how many times a client is seen in a day.

Example: SP#1 sees 3 clients in the morning for 3 separate appointments (1 SP X 3 individual sessions in the morning)

In the afternoon, the SP#1 sees the same 3 clients for another round of 3 separate appointments.  However, this time a SP#2 was in attendance for each of the 3 afternoon sessions/appointments/visits.

This would equate to 3(morning visits for SP#1) + 3 (afternoon visits for SP#1) + 3 (for the SP#2)

A total of 9 SP interactions (3+3+3) sessions – depending on the time intervals this would appear in the rows and columns as it relates to duration of the session and age bracket for the clients in attendance.

Run the CL-20: List of Client Appointments report to view activity details.
