French Active Offer
Part 1: Six interactive online modules on French Active Offer developed by the Réseau du mieux-être francophone du Nord de l’Ontario (Réseau).
Topics include:
1) Excellence in Patient-Centered Care;
2) Equity and Safety;
3) Cultural Competency;
4) Recruitment and Retention of Bilingual Human Resources;
5) Work Environment and Organizational Culture; and
6) Community Engagement.
It is recommended that staff prioritize the first three modules.

Site Profile Reporting Template
Developed to provide a snapshot of the services offered at each YWHO site, to identify next steps/support continuous improvement and accountability related to equity in offerings, and to maintain an updated database of network contacts at each site.
