To get started with Catalyst Reports, see the Definition of Terms page for important definitions pertaining to reports. Below are links to the various categories of reports available.

Report Categories:

The Aggregate (AG) Reports summarize client characteristics for specific data such as demographic information from the required fields.  Age and gender are included in most reports.

The Client Reports show client admission, program and demographic information for clients.

The Data Checking Reports show errors such as duplicates that will affect an agency''s data quality.  These reports will allow agencies to monitor and correct data quality issues.

The Data Download (DD) reports show all data including custom fields per Catalyst screen as well as for the Activity Log.  DATIS Helpdesk only supports these reports up to and including exporting.  A user must have knowledge of spreadsheets.

The Data Quality Analysis Tools Reports consist of interactive reports that provide evaluations on up-to-the-minute data quality issues and provide a faster, more efficient means to monitor and correct these issues.  Note: these reports are laid out and formatted differently than the other Catalyst reports.

The OHRS Reports show statistical client activity data in general, by program as well as in a detailed report.  These reports are helpful when submitting data to OHRS.

The Program Agency Reports show specific program information for both client and worker.  These reports include, but are not limited to case load, activities, outgoing referrals and wait list.
