When you log into the YWHO Data Collection platform, the Landing Page, which is the Search screen, will open by default.

The Search screen allows you to find client profiles that have been created at your site – this includes both youth and caregivers that have received services at your site.

Notes:

  • Client IDs can be shared among hub service providers supporting the same client, for locating the client's profile within the platform.
  • When getting a client who has received hub services, the client's first name, last name, and date of birth should be requested and used to locate their profile.

At the top of the screen, you will find the Navigation Bar. The Navigation Bar will remain the same throughout the application, regardless of the page that you are accessing.

The Navigation Bar contains:

  1. Three main tab options (top-left corner of the screen):
    1. The Client tab: Clicking on this tab redirects you back to the Landing Page.
    2. The Reports tab: Clicking on this tab allows you to print various reports:

Note:

Non-clinical service providers will have access to only the client tab. Clinical service providers will have access to the client and reports tab. Lastly, SuperUsers will have access to the client, reports, and extraction tabs.

      2. Link to the YWHO Knowledge Base (top-right corner of the screen):

                  a. This will allow you to directly access the YWHO Knowledge Base from the platform. The                               YWHO Knowledge Base is a centralized, online database that includes self-serve training                               modules, information, and resources related to the YWHO initiative. 

      3. Session Info (top-right corner of the screen):

a. Logon details: This will tell you how long you have been logged on to the platform as well as when you last
