Instructions:
To edit a validated form for a client:
- Find the client’s profile using the Search page.
- Under “Visit Lists” – click on the form that needs to be edited.
Note:
Make sure that you are selecting the appropriate visit date for the form that will be edited.
- Once on the desired form, find the data that needs to be edited and click on the button beside it.
- On the Locked Data Update pop-up:
- Make the desired change under the “New Value” section.
- Add the reason for your edit on the Locked Data Update pop-up under the “Reason for Modification” section.
- When you have made the desired change, click on the UPDATED button.
Notes:
- The timer icon indicates that there has been a change in that particular data field.
- Information collected in the “Reason for Modification” section are recorded automatically in the History and Audit reports.
- SuperUsers are able to update data using the EDIT button on the bottom-right side of the screen.
