Bill of Rights for Clients/Youth



To support empowerment of youth clients, all youth should be provided with a clear and readily accessible description of their rights, including when their feedback is collected. Youth who provide feedback on YWHO services must be made aware that doing so will not have any impact on their ability to further access quality services from YWHO, that their feedback will be kept confidential, is voluntary, and will be followed up on when necessary.
