Description

For each of the following client characteristics, this report summarizes the number of clients by gender for open admissions:

  • Treatment Mandated by
  • Non-Medical IDU
  • Relationship Status
  • Employment Status
  • Education Status
  • Income Source
  • Legal Status
  • LHIN of Client Residence
  • County of Client Residence
  • County of Client Residence for Clients with No Fixed Address
  • City of Client Residence
  • Ethnicity
  • Preferred Language of Service

Report Columns

  • Client Characteristics – one of the above client characteristics
  • Male: Count – The number of male clients with the specified characteristics
  • Male: % - The percentage of male clients with the specified characteristics. The male percentage, female percentage and other percentage should add up to 100%.
  • Female: Count – The number of female clients with the specified characteristics
  • Female: % - The percentage of female clients with the specified characteristics. The female percentage, male percentage and other percentage should add up to 100%.
  • Other: Count – The number of clients (neither female nor male) with the specified characteristics.
  • Other: % - The percentage of clients (neither female nor male) with the specified characteristics. The other percentage, female percentage and male percentage should add up to 100%.
  • Total: Count – The total number of clients with the specified characteristics.
  • Total: % - The male % + female % + other %. This is always 100%.
  • Total: % of Open Admissions – The percentage of open admissions with the specified characteristics.

Parameters

  • Admission Date Range – specifies the admission date range to report on.
  • Admission Site – specifies the admission site(s) to which the clients were admitted. Users can enter “*” for all admission sites.
  • Program ID – specifies the program ID of the program, regardless of the program start and end dates, that the open admissions must contain in order to be included in this report.  NOTE: Users can select “Admission Level” to run the report at the admission level.
  • Include Carryovers – indicates whether carryovers should be included in the report.

Treatment Mandated by Gender: 
For each Treatment Mandated by value, lists the number of clients by gender for open admissions.

Non-Medication IDU by Gender: 
For each Non-Medical IDU value, lists the number of clients by gender for open admissions.

Relationship Status by Gender:
For each Relationship Status value, lists the number of clients by gender for open admissions.

Employment Status by Gender:
For each Employment Status value, lists the number of clients by gender for open admissions.

Education Status by Gender:
For each Education Status value, lists the number of clients by gender for open admissions.

Income Source by Gender:
For each Income Source value, lists the number of clients by gender for open admissions.

Legal Status by Gender:
For each Legal Status value, lists the number of clients by gender for open admissions.

LHIN of Client Residence by Gender:
For each LHIN value, lists the number of clients by gender for open admissions.

County of Client Resident by Gender:
For each county value, lists the number of clients by gender for open admissions.

County of Client Resident for Clients with No Fixed Address by Gender:
For each county value, lists the number of clients who have no fixed address by gender for open admissions.

City of Client Resident by Gender:
For each city value, lists the number of clients by gender for open admissions.

Ethnicity by Gender:
For each Ethnicity value, lists the number of clients by gender for open admissions.

Preferred Language of Service by Gender:
