Description

For each of the following client characteristics, summarizes the number of unique individuals with open registrations in the selected program. The report also provides a drill down feature that lists the unique individuals included in the report and their related admission/program information.

Special Instructions for Running the CL-27 Report – Using the “Drill Down” Feature:

  1. When you first run the CL-27 report you will notice that the summary information (Total number of unique individuals for each characteristic) appears in the main Preview tab. The details information (list of unique individuals) is hidden and must be displayed.
  2. Place your cursor over the first client characteristic – “Service Recipients” in the report. If your cursor changes to a magnifying glass, then you can drill down on that object. Double click on “Service Recipients”. A separate drill down tab called “Service Recipients” pops open showing the detailed information. The summary information in the main Preview tab disappears, although the Preview tab itself is still visible.



  3. To close the “Service Recipients” tab and return to the main Preview tab, click on the “CL-27 Client Characteristics for Unique Individuals” link.

Report Columns

  • Service Recipients – clients registered in the selected program. Drill down on Service Recipients to produce a detailed list of unique individuals.
  • Gender – Gender of client.
  • Age – Age of client at admission reported by age range. Also includes Minimum, Maximum and Average Age.
  • County of Residence – County of client residence.
  • LHIN of Residence – LHIN of client residence.
  • Aboriginal Origin – Origin of client – Aboriginal or Non-Aboriginal.
  • Preferred Language of Service – Preferred language of service of client.
  • Legal Status – Legal status of client.
  • Presenting Issues to be Addressed – Presenting issues of client.
  • Source of Referral – Source of referral of client.
  • Employment Status – Employment status of client.
  • Highest Level of Education – Highest level of education of client.
  • Income Source – Income source of client.

Parameters

  • Date Range – specifies the program date range to report on.
  • Program Name – specifies the program ID and program name to report on.
  • Functional Centre – specifies the Functional Centre of the program to report on.
