Description
Lists program registrations that remained open at the end of the selected period, program terminations during selected period, and the number of days clients received service in the program during selected period.
Report Columns
- Name – Client name
- Chart/File # – Client’s chart/file #
- Admission # – Client’s admission number
- Site # – Program site number
- Program # – Program number
- Reporting Period Start Date – The first day the client received service in the program during the reporting period
- Reporting Period Date – The last day the client received service in the program during the reporting period
- Number of Days in Program – Number of days the client received service in the program during the reporting period
Parameters
- Program Start Date Range – specifies the program start date range to report on.
- Program ID – specifies the agency program to report on.
- Program Site No – specifies the site to report on.
