Description
Lists clients admitted during with pending admission during selected period. List can be sorted by client name, admission date or primary worker.
Report Columns
- Name – Client name
- Chart/File # - Client’s chart/file #
- Admission Date – Client’s admission date
- Admission # - Admission number
- Discharge Date – The discharge date of the admission
- Primary Worker – The worker that was assigned to the admission
Parameters
- Admission/Discharge Date Range – specifies the admission/discharge date range to report on
- Admission Site – specifies the admission site to which the clients were admitted. Users can enter “*” for all admission sites.
- Primary Worker – specifies the primary worker to include in the report.
- Sort Order – specifies the sort order of the report
