Definition:
A positive integer sequentially assigned to each client's admission(s) within your agency.
Guide for Use:
This number indicates a unique client admission to a particular agency. Each client admission will be assigned (auto-generated in the database) a unique number starting at one (1) and is sequentially assigned after that.
Format:
Auto-generated sequentially. Greater than or equal to one (1) or equal to ninety-nine (99).
Context:
- Only one client admission can be active or open at any given time within an agency.
- Links all programs created in an admission
- Used for database queries and functions
