Description
List all clients that have no activity for a given period of time based on the last discharge, latest activity of the client, or when the client was entered in Catalyst.
Report Columns
Clients with Admission:
- Name – Client’s name
- Chart/File # – Client’s chart/file number
- DOB – Date of birth of client
- Admission # – Last Admission number of client
- Admission Date – Date of last admission of client
- Discharge Date – Date of last discharge of client
- Possible Duplicate – Indicates if the client has a possible duplicate
Clients with No Admission:
- Name – Client’s name
- Chart/File # – Client’s chart/file number
- DOB – Date of birth of client
- Created On – Date the client was entered on the database
- Last Activity Date – Date of last activity or contact with client
- Possible Duplicate – Indicates if the client has a possible duplicate
Parameters
- Client Site No – specifies the site where the client was registered.
- No of Years with no client activity – specifies the number of years to report on.
