If your organization has Added Access Client Locks (ACLs) and this information needs to be transferred to your new vendor system, you can search for a list of all ACLs or have a Catalyst Reports Account user run the DD-21: ACL Report.

If the report comes back empty/ with no data, this is good news! ~ it means your agency has no client locks and you can proceed without any further action.

If there are ACLs on the user's account performing the data downloads to upload into your new vendor system, they will be restricted from downloading the client information. There are two recommended options from here:

  1. The HSP's Catalyst Super User should perform the data downloads to transfer to the new vendor.
  2. The HSP's Catalyst Super User can grant the user performing the data downloads Super User access.
    1. If adding subsequent ACL users is necessary, please consult the following link - Adding Subsequent ACL Super User Accounts
