Accessing and downloading GAIN Q3 assessments and reports

Note: Users can only access these reports with a GAIN account. If you do not have a GAIN account or have questions, please contact the Catalyst Service Desk for support

Step-by-step guide on how to download GAIN Q3 assessments/reports 

1. Launch Catalyst and search for the client

1. 1. From the Main Menu, go Client Info and click on Client Search
      
   2. On the Client Search screen, input the client's information into the blank fields and click search
      
   3. In the Client Search Results List, click on the client whose GAIN assessments/reports that you would like to access
      
   4. Scroll to the bottom of the Client Information screen, and click on GAIN Assessment
      

1. The GAIN ABS application will launch automatically in a new window
   
   1. Make sure the correct client's name appears in the top left of the GAIN ABS application screen
   2. Below the client's name, select Treatment Episode
   3. From the Treatment Episode page you will be able to view all episodes arranged by date
   4. Click on the desired episode and a drop down menu will appear
   5. Click on the report or assessment you would like to view or download.

       *The list of assessments and reports depends on the types of treatments the client received
