Users need to be invited to access the Service Desk. You will receive an email like this when you've been invited to create a Service Desk account.
Follow the link in your invitation email to set up your account.
And you're done! You'll be logged into the Stakeholder Service Desk. Click here for more information on how to use the Service Desk.
