What happens when a survey is listed as "in progress"? How can you change the status or access the survey?

If you are looking at your agency's raw data, a survey may come up as "in progress'. This would signify that the key or link was used, but that the survey wasn't submitted - which is a button that must be selected at the end of the survey. There's no way to retrieve that data unless your agency has a hard copy of the survey and you create a new key to input the data.*

If you are not looking at the raw data, it could also be that some of the data is masked. Individuals completing surveys may not respond to each question. Responses don't appear until there are 5 responses.

*If you choose to create a new key to input the data and need to delete the old key, please follow the steps on how to delete a key in the OPOC Website Navigation Guide on p.17.
