The Program Service Summary is found in the Program Termination section on the Program Information screen. Based on the Provincial Service Category (PSC), some summary utilization data is required when terminating a program for a client. Service summary data includes:
- Direct Service Time (Total Hours)
- Indirect Service Time (Total Hours)
- Total Sessions
- Total Length of Stay (LOS) days in program
