French Active Offer
Part 1: Six interactive online modules on French Active Offer developed by the Réseau du mieux-être francophone du Nord de l’Ontario (Réseau).
Topics include:
1) Excellence in Patient-Centered Care;
2) Equity and Safety;
3) Cultural Competency;
4) Recruitment and Retention of Bilingual Human Resources;
5) Work Environment and Organizational Culture; and
6) Community Engagement.
It is recommended that staff prioritize the first three modules.

French Active Offer Guiding Work Plan
The French Active Offer Guiding Work Plan provides guidance for how to implement French Active Offer in practice. Sites can use these deliverables to help prioritize their work in relation to French Active Offer, and identify goals to work toward over the next year and beyond.
