YWHO Data Collection Platform Training - page 16/17

A SuperUser is an account holder that has access to both clinical and non-clinical data for your site, as well as specific functions to help with:

  • Monitoring Data Quality;
  • Monitoring System and Data Privacy; and
  • Generating Raw Data Reports.

SuperUsers will also be platform champions for your respective site - this means that SuperUsers will be comfortable using the platform, supporting and teaching new staff how to use the platform, troubleshooting simple issues, and connecting with the YWHO helpdesk, as needed.

Notes:
  • Sites can have multiple SuperUsers at any given time. SuperUsers can be evaluation/data support staff, operations managers, youth support workers, or any staff that is comfortable with using the platform.
  • To have a SuperUser account, your site’s operation manager will need to connect with the YWHO helpdesk.
