Instructions:

A new visit can be any in-person or virtual visit to the hub for receiving service, which follows that individual’s initial visit for service.

To add a new visit for existing clients:

  • Find the client’s profile using the Search page.
  • Click on the ADD A NEW VISIT button at the bottom-left hand side of the screen to open the Add a New Visit pop-up.
  • Use the CALENDAR button beside “Visit Date” to set the visit date.
    • Visit date pre-populates automatically with the current date.
  • Click the OK button.
  • Once a new visit is created, all the forms become visible under the new visit.
Notes:
  • The centre number and client ID are included on top of the Add a New Visit pop-up.
  • The “Visit” and “Owner” field on the Add a New Visit pop-up are pre-populated and non-editable. This means you do not need to input any data on these fields.
