The demographic and client information you're able to report on entirely depends on the information you're able to collect.
This information is collected on the Client Details screen in NEO (see right).
The Client Details screen may only contain limited demographic information, like postal code of residence and substances the client is using. But this screen may also optionally contain:
- Ethnicity
- How did you hear about us?
- Language spoken
- Sex worker
- Employment
- Housing
- Reason for referral
- Referral source
- Sexuality
All of these fields are attributes of the Client and therefore linked to the client reference code.
No demographic or client information can be collected from anonymous clients.
The examples below are not meant to reflect client information or demographics your agency is obligated to collect. If your agency does not collect these details, that's fine.
