How do I add a new Transaction Site?

The Site Administrator must contact the ONHRDB Service Desk to add a new Transaction Site to NEO. Be sure to include the following in your request:

• The site name
• The site's full address including postal code (optional)
• The modules the site requires access to (NEP/NSP, Naloxone, CTS)
  • If site requires access to the Naloxone module, please include the site categorization for the Ontario Naloxone report (Outreach Program, Community Health Center, ONP Expanded Access etc.)
• If the site needs to link to any other existing sites to provide site users with multi-site access
• If the new site needs to be linked to any other admin accounts
