How do I contact PDS Support?

DATIS uses a Service Desk (i.e. helpdesk system) to keep track of user issues. Click on this link or the service desk image to the far right (links will take you to a new site). You will be directed to the CAMH-DATIS Service Desk Portal. If you do not already have an account, you will be prompted to make one.

You can submit and update existing issues through the Service Desk portal. You can also respond to existing issues over email.

How do I set up a Service Desk Account?

Open this link to the Service Desks main page in a new browser tab/window and click Sign up for an account.

Enter your organizational email address.

You should receive a confirmation email in a minute or two.

Click the Sign Up button in the email.

Enter your first and last names and a password. You will be redirected to the Service Desks main page.
