As of May 3, all NEO and reports related questions must be routed through our Service DeskWe will no longer be resolving issues over email, all requests we receive via email will be re-routed to the Service Desk.

Users need to be invited to access the Service Desk. You will receive an email like this when you've been invited to create a Service Desk account.

Follow the link in your invitation email to set up your account.
