Description
Lists new program registrations during selected period, program registrations carried over into selected period, program discharges during selected period, and program registrations that remained open at the end of the selected period.
Report Columns
- Name – Client name
- Chart/File # - Client’s chart/file #
- Admission Date – Client’s admission date
- Admission # - Admission number
- Site # - Admission site
- Start Date – Program registration date
- End Date – Program termination date
- Program # - Program number
- Site # - Program site
- Program Worker – the client’s program worker
Parameters
- Program Start Date Range – specifies the program start date range to report on.
- Program ID – specifies the agency program to report on.
- Program Site – specifies the site to report on.
Sub-reports
List of Terminations and Program Registrations that remained open at the end of the selected period
Lists client registrations that were discharged during selected period and client registration that remained open at the end of the selected period.
