Description
For all clients that have an open registration in the selected program at the selected site during the selected period, it lists all the activities recorded in the Activity Log that are linked to the selected program. It also provides the total number of individuals with at least one occurred activity linked to the selected program during the period. Note: If a client is registered in the same program more than once, the related activities will be listed separately.
Report Columns
- Client Name – The name of the client
- Admission No – Admission number
- Admission Date – Admission date
- Program No – Program number. Please note that this program number is linked to the selected program.
- Program Start Date – The program start date
- Program End Date – The program end date
Parameters
- Program Start Date Range – specifies the program start date range to report on.
- Program – specifies the program to report on.
- Program Registration Site – specifies the program registration site to report on.
Sub-reports
Total Number of Individuals:
Provides the total number of unique clients/individuals with at least one occurred direct face-to-face, direct non-face-to-face or indirect activity linked to the selected program during the period.
Activity Details:
Lists the details of the activities.
Report Columns:
- Activity Date/Time – The activity date and time
- Activity – The description of the activity
- Group – Group name if the activity is a group activity
- Type – Activity type
- Status – Activity status: Occurred or Not Occurred
- Comment – Activity comment
- Actual Time Spent – The actual time spent on an activity
- Service Provider – The service provider of an activity
- Service Site – The site at which an activity takes place
