Description

Generates a data dump of the Group Attendance data.

Report Columns

  • Fields in the CLIENT_INFO, ADMISSION_INFO, ACTIVITY_LOG, and GROUP_ATTENDANCE tables.

Parameters

  • Activity Date Range – specifies the activity date range to report on
  • Service Site No – specifies the service site of the activity to report on
  • Service Provider – specifies the service provider to report on
  • Activity Status – specifies the activity status to report on. The available options are:
    • All
    • Occurred
    • Not Occurred
    • Outstanding
