This report provides a percentage of the use of “Unknown” for the 14 data fields found throughout the Admission Information screen, and the 16 data fields (also a part of the Admission Information screen) specific to the Health Status section. It includes a 90-day comparative analysis chart and a quantitative evaluation of the number of “Unknowns” in these fields.
