Description
Summarizes the client population statistics of all agencies that provide residential WMS services.
Report Columns
- DART – DART number of the agency
- Agency Name – Agency Name
- Total # of new registrations – # of new WMS registrations/episodes for the selected month. Please note that a registration/episode is considered new if the registration/episode start date is within the selected month.
- # of first time registrations - A first time registration means that the client was registered for the first time ever in a Residential WMS PSC within the agency.
- # of re-registrations - A re-registration means the client had an earlier registration in a Residential WMS PSC within the agency.
- Gender breakdown – the total # of new registrations broken down by gender.
- Age Group breakdown – the total # of new registrations broken down by age group.
- YTD # of New Registrations into a WMS PSC – Total # of new registrations from April 1st of the selected year to the selected month of the selected year.
- Average Length of Stay (Days) – The average LOS (LOS = Episode End Date – Episode Start Date + 1) for the selected month is calculated based on episodes with episode start date in the selected month and that are terminated anytime.

- Month – specifies the month to report on.
- Year – specifies the year to report on.
- Display Type – specifies the report’s display type: Count or Percentage

Yearly Client Population Statistics by Month
Summarizes the yearly client population statistics by month, starting from the beginning of the fiscal year.
Report Columns:
- Report period – report period
- Total # of new registrations – # of new WMS registrations/episodes for the selected month. Please note that a registration/episode is considered new if the registration/episode start date is within the selected month.
- # of first time registrations - A first time registration means that the client was registered for the first time ever in a Residential WMS PSC within the agency.
- # of re-registrations - A re-registration means the client had an earlier registration in a Residential WMS PSC within the agency.
- Gender breakdown – the total # of new registrations broken down by gender.
- Age Group breakdown – the total # of new registrations broken down by age group.
- YTD # of New Registrations into a WMS PSC – Total # of new registrations from April 1st of the selected year to the selected month of the selected year.
- Average Length of Stay (Days) – The average LOS (LOS = Episode End Date – Episode Start Date + 1) is calculated based on episodes with episode start date between April 1 of the selected fiscal year to the selected month of the selected fiscal year and that are terminated anytime.
