Description

Lists the provincial service category and system program ID for agency programs. The system program ID is used for running program-specific reports.

Report Columns

  • Provincial Service Category – Provincial service category of the agency programs
  • Functional Centre Name & Account – Functional centre mapped to the Provincial service category
  • Program Name – Agency program name
  • Program ID – The program ID of the agency program. This is used for running program-specific reports.
  • # of Beds – The number of beds provided by the agency program. This value can be changed in the Administration - Agency Program module.
  • Follow Up Period (in weeks) – The default follow up period for the agency program. This value can be changed in the Administration – Agency Program module.
  • Status – The status of the agency program.
  • Use AL? – Indicates if the service information captured in the Activity Log will be used to calculate the service utilization statistics for the program

Parameters

  • Program Status – specifies the program status of the agency programs. The available options are:
    • Active,
    • Inactive, or
    • All.
