Description
Lists the provincial service category and system program ID for agency programs. The system program ID is used for running program-specific reports.
Report Columns
- Provincial Service Category – Provincial service category of the agency programs
- Functional Centre Name & Account – Functional centre mapped to the Provincial service category
- Program Name – Agency program name
- Program ID – The program ID of the agency program. This is used for running program-specific reports.
- # of Beds – The number of beds provided by the agency program. This value can be changed in the Administration - Agency Program module.
- Follow Up Period (in weeks) – The default follow up period for the agency program. This value can be changed in the Administration – Agency Program module.
- Status – The status of the agency program.
- Use AL? – Indicates if the service information captured in the Activity Log will be used to calculate the service utilization statistics for the program
Parameters
- Program Status – specifies the program status of the agency programs. The available options are:
- Active,
- Inactive, or
- All.
