Description
Displays the audit log history of the selected client during the selected time period. NOTE: Includes audit log records of the past six months that are available in Catalyst as well as archived audit log records dating back seven years.

Parameters
- Audit Log Date Range – specifies the date range to report on.
- Chart/File # – specifies chart/file # of the client to report on.
- Client’s Name – specifies the name of the client to report on.

Active Audit Log History
Lists the actions (view, edit, delete, etc.) performed by caseworkers/users for the selected client during the selected time period.
Report Columns:
- Date & Time – The date and time of the action performed
- Caseworker/User – The caseworker/user who performed the action
- Action – The action performed by the caseworker/user
- Screen –The screen on which the action was performed
Archived Audit Log History
Lists the actions (view, edit, delete, etc.) performed by caseworkers/users for the selected client during the selected time period.
Report Columns:
- Date & Time – The date and time of the action performed
- Caseworker/User – The caseworker/user who performed the action
- Action – The action performed by the caseworker/user
- Screen –The screen on which the action was performed
