Description
Displays the audit log history of the selected user(s) during the selected time period.
NOTE: Includes audit log records of the past six months that are available in Catalyst.
Report Columns
- Refer to the sub-reports section.
Parameters
- Audit Log Date Range – specifies the date range to report on.
- Userid(s) – specifies the user(s) to report on.

Lists the actions performed by the selected user(s) during the selected time period.
Report Columns:
- Chart/File # –- The chart/file # of the client
- Action – The action performed by the user
- Screen –The screen on which the action was performed
- Date & Time – The date and time of the action performed
