The Participating Agencies list in the e-Referrals module is a list of the agencies and agency sites that are participating in data submissions to DATIS. If an agency or site becomes inactive, its name will be removed from the “Participating Agencies” box, as well as from your selection list. Inactivation occurs nightly.
Step-by-step guide
To maintain this list:
- Click Administration from the Admin menu in the toolbar that appears at the top of most screens in Catalyst.
- Select Participating Agency Selection List for Outgoing Referrals from the Administration menu.
- The first box, Participating Agencies - Sites, contains a complete list of all participating agencies. The second box, Selected Participating Agencies - Sites, contains a listing of agencies that are currently listed as a participating agency in your participating agencies selection list.
- To add an agency to your selection list, look through the agencies in the Participating Agencies - Sites box, locate the agency to add double click - the agency will move to Selected Participating Agencies - Sites box.
- To remove an agency from your list, locate the agency in the Selected Participating Agencies - Sites box and double click - the agency will be removed from your list.
- Click Save.
