Provincial MDS to PDS Mapping Standard
The Provincial MDS to PDS Mapping Standard document includes the mapping of the data elements included in the addictions Mandatory Data Set (MDS) in Catalyst and the corresponding Provincial Data Set (PDS 1.0) data elements (where applicable), along with other data collection requirements and mapping guidance.
Data Migration Note:
The Catalyst Data Download (DD) reports will be used by each HSP to extract the data to be migrated from Catalyst to their PDS compliant vendor system. Each DD report contains the 'Client ID' data element for mapping purposes. The Client ID is an autogenerated unique identifier for each client within each individual organization's Catalyst database. This data element can be used to link corresponding individual client records across the various DD reports.
