Does it need to be the Director who sets up a report account for a user?
Answer
DATIS needs to provide users with report access. In order for a user within your agency to have access to reports in Catalyst, a HelpDesk account holder will need to submit an issue in DATIS Helpdesk to request a report account for a user. This is different than a user account for Catalyst.
