Description
The Ontario Naloxone Program Quarterly Report is generated using data from the Naloxone module. This report collects information on the distribution of injectable and nasal spray naloxone, as well as the number of individuals trained.

- Date Range – specifies the report date range to report on.

- Year Month – include the months within the year(s) the report was ran for
- PHU – specifies the PHU the user has access to
- Agency – specifies the agencies that may be associated with the PHU
- Transaction Site – specifies the transaction sites associated with the PHU
