Description

The Ontario Naloxone Program Quarterly Report is generated using data from the Naloxone module. This report collects information on the distribution of injectable and nasal spray naloxone, as well as the number of individuals trained.

      • Number of single injectable doses distributed to individuals. (1 box = 10 doses)
    • Nasal Spray Naloxone
      • Number of nasal spray naloxone kits distributed to individuals.
      • Number of single nasal spray doses distributed to individuals. (1 box = 2 doses)
    • Number of individuals trained to administer naloxone

  • First Responders Only
    • Number of overdoses where first responders administered naloxone

  • Information about drug trends in your community and/or a need for naloxone in your community that is not being filled (can be filled in after export)

  • Date Range – specifies the report date range to report on.

Filters

  • Year Month – include the months within the year(s) the report was ran for
  • PHU – specifies the PHU the user has access to
  • Agency – specifies the agencies that may be associated with the PHU
  • Transaction Site – specifies the transaction sites associated with the PHU
