Report account
You need a special report account to see NEO reports. If you do not have a reports account, contact helpdesk support. If you have a reports account, you will see Reports as a menu option as well as the different sections of reports below.

NEO has many built-in reports specific to the CTS module:
Setting parameters
Date and Sites
You will always need to manually select your date range and which sites you want to see data for.
Generate reports
After selecting these parameters, you can click Generate To Screen to view the report or Generate to Csv File to download the report.
