Steps to Access the Needle Exchange Program Report in Tableau

To run the Needle Exchange Program report log into Tableau: https://fs3.camhx.ca/adfs/ls/

Navigate to the "Explore" Section:

  • You can access "Explore" in two ways:
    • From the Home screen.
    • From the Menu Panel on the left side of the screen.

Users can also access reports from Favorites, Recents, and Recommendations once a report has been run or favorited.


Access the ONHRDB Folder:

  • Click on the ONHRDB Folder



Open the Reports Folder:

  • Click on ONHRDB Agency Reports to view all available reports.


Choose the report you are trying to run:

  • Select the A02 - Needle Exchange Program report:



  • Select NEP Dashboard


Setting Filters for Your Report

Filters allow you to customize your report to display only the most relevant data. Key filters include:

Date Filter:

  • Enter dates manually or use the calendar to select the start and end dates.

Agency Filter:

  • Choose any associated agencies linked with your PHU, if applicable.

Transaction Site Filter:

  • View all sites associated with your organization in NEO. Deselect any sites you do not wish to include in the report.

Additional filters are available at the top of your report to help manage and adjust or reset filters as needed:

   


 

      


Export/Download a Report

Users can select their preferred format for downloading a report. It is recommended to download this report as a PDF for optimal formatting.



Steps to Download Your Report:

To download your report, click on the download button at the top right of the screen.


Select the format you prefer. Once the format is selected a new window will appear with further customization options to download the report. 


Follow these steps if PDF is selected:

PDF

To download the report as a PDF, select the PDF option. The entire report will be included in the download.


To open the downloaded PDF, locate the file in your system's default download folder or the location where it was saved, and double-click it. Ensure you have a PDF reader, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, installed to view the file.
