There are two types of users that can be created in NEO:

  1. Site Administrator Accounts have access to the following functions in NEO:

    • Editing and deleting previously entered data and client codes:
    • Recording transactions:
    • Running NEO reports:
    • Manage Site Staff, i.e.:
      • Creating new user accounts
      • Deactivating user accounts
      • Resetting password
      • Granting a user access to multiple sites

Site admins can be granted all or only some of these functions. Site admins must be created by CAMH support.
